Visits may be weekly, monthly, quarterly, or somewhere in between. You help set the pace. When your needs are steady, care can focus on maintaining progress and medication refills. When things change or you need more support, you can lean on us for more frequent care.

• In-depth consideration of sleep, stress, hormonal changes or menopause
• Review of medical history, medications, lab work, test results
• Attention to relationships, identity, burnout, trauma and life transitions
• Supportive therapy and practical strategies for everyday challenges
• Collaboration with PCPs and other clinicians when appropriate

Hi, I'm Carli, and I'm so glad you're here!

Hi, I’m Carli, a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My background combines education in psychology and nursing with nearly two decades of experience supporting adults through life’s challenges and opportunities for growth.

Everyone deserves psychiatric care that feels respectful, collaborative, and tailored to who they are. We welcome people across identities, backgrounds, and life experiences—including neurodivergent individuals, people with developmental disabilities, and LGBTQ+ community members—and strive to create a space where you feel understood and supported.

Our aim is to empower you to reach your goals. I’m here to provide you with support, guidance and education as we work together.
